Rental Terms (The fine print!)
Payment
Reservations are accepted upon receipt of a
signed agreement only, accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the anticipated
charges. The balance is due in full one week
prior to your event.. Rental
prices are for one day's use. Visa and MasterCard are
welcome.
Discounts
Use of two or more tents (30'
or 40' width) entitles the renter to a 5% discount off the total order
cost. Other quotes for multiple tent rentals are available on request. We
allow minor adjustments to size and quality at no penalty.
Agreement Inclusions and
Exclusions
The rental agreement price includes the
delivery, pickup, set-up and removal of all tents and dance floor within a
one-hour round trip from Tamworth, New Hampshire. Additional travel time
is billed at $50. per hour. Because of the rising fuel costs we have
applied a fuel sur charge to your rental. The amount will depend
on how far we have to travel. The rental agreement price includes delivery
and pick-up, but not set-up or take down of chairs and other items.
We will set up & take down for a fee of 10% of your total order. Order
for tables, chairs, and dance floors alone (without tents) will be
delivered and picked up at additional charge, depending on
location.
Weather Exclusion
The rental agent will install and remove as his
schedule and weather permits. In the unlikely event of exceptionally
severe weather forecasts, the rental agent reserves the right to return
the deposit to the renter and to not provide the items
requested.
